Phase 3
	Creative Phase
		Purpose:
	n	To generate alternate ideas for providing the NEEDED functions by
		creative thinking, brainstorming and even speculation.
		Techniques
	n	Use good human relations.
	n	Use creative thinking.
	n	Blast-create.
	n	Bring new information into the area. (See Idea Stimulator Checklist.)
	n	Eliminate and/or reduce.
	n	Defer judgment.
	n	Generate list of ideas.

	n	What else will do the job?
		(Take ONE function at a time)
		Warning:
	n	In this phase of a VE study, we want a large QUANTITY of ideas, NOT
		QUALITY! All ideas are welcomed. When ideas get a laugh, they have
		contributed. The more ideas, the more welcome they shall be!
	n	So, ridiculing ideas, judging,		are NOT permitted.
		criticizing, etc.		(The time for judgment will come later.)
	n	Every member must contribute ideas - do not worry whether they are good
		or bad. The leader should see that no one monopolizes the time and attention
		of the team to the detriment of other's ideas.
