The Thomas Consulting Group LLC was founded by Abraham Thomas (Partner) in 2003, shortly after his twenty-two years of service, and retirement as General Manager of Construction, Asia Pacific Projects to the Motorola Corporation, and Richard Ridgeway (Partner). In 2004, Mr. Ridgeway became managing partner of the firm.

Mr. Ridgeway has more than 30 years construction management experience that, encompass such well known firms as Smith Hinchman & Grylls (SmithGroup), Fluor Engineers & Constructors, and the Arabian American Oil Company (Saudi Aramco).
